The Kerala State Bala Sahitya Institute has announced the Bala Sahitya Institute Awards 2023.
Administered by the Department of Culture, these awards aim to recognize and promote exceptional contributions to Malayalam children's literature across various fields.
The prizes include C.G. Shanthakumar Samagrasambhavana Puraskaram which consists of ₹60,000/-, a plaque and a citation. Other awards include a cash reward of ₹ 20,000, a plaque, and a citation.
In the year 2023, a total of 12 individuals were honored with the Kerala State Bala Sahitya Institute Awards across 10 categories.
